6 Month Contract - Inside IR35 Leeds (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

We're looking for an experienced Lead Delivery Manager to take ownership of delivery across a complex, Azure based enterprise Integration Platform. This is a senior, hands on delivery role sitting close to engineering teams, responsible for both live service stability and delivery of new integration capabilities across multiple squads. You’ll coordinate engineering teams working across ERP, bespoke applications and enterprise systems, ensuring integrations are reliable, well governed and delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own delivery across Platform Integration spanning multiple engineering teams
  • Lead end-to-end delivery governance across run and change activity
  • Manage dependencies, priorities, releases and cross-team delivery alignment
  • Act as escalation point for complex delivery and operational issues
  • Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to ensure technical alignment and production readiness
  • Partner with Product and Service teams to shape and manage delivery backlogs
  • Provide clear reporting on service health, delivery status and risk

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Technical Delivery Lead in complex environments
  • Strong background working with engineering teams in Azure or similar cloud environments
  • Understanding of production systems, operational readiness and service stability
  • Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
