Fruition Group are working with a well-established tech-first business who are embarking on a complete technical transformation. This client is looking to bring in a Junior Backend Software Engineer to work on a bespoke software platform as part of the business growth.
The Junior Backend Software Engineer will be part of the team responsible for building a bespoke SaaS product, and creating a low latent high performing connected platform using JavaScript as the backend framework, spun up into an AWS platform.
- Developing web applications and systems using JavaScript, Node and Typescript.
- Support continuous improvement and integrations to enhance deployment.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and testers to develop unit code.
- Working in an AWS environment.
Requirements:
- JavaScript and Typescript development, for at least 1 year.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Typescript and Node.
- AWS experience is essential.
- Experience with React (desirable).
- Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban).
