IT Service Analyst Responsibilities

  • Provide second-line IT support across multiple UK sites (Harrogate, Leeds, Burnley)
  • Build, configure, and troubleshoot laptops and desktops
  • Deliver desk-side support and respond to technical incidents and service requests
  • Support users with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and standard software packages
  • Collaborate with wider IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain documentation and support logs in line with ITIL standards
  • Travel between sites as needed to support onsite users

IT Service Analyst Requirements

  • Proven second-line support experience within a multi-site environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (including Active Directory and Microsoft 365)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for the first three months - company car provided thereafter)
  • Comfortable with regular travel and flexible working
