I am currently recruiting for an IT Manager for an organisation in Yorkshire. This is a varied role that requires someone with a broad IT background who can take full ownership of the organisation's IT estate, with both technical knowledge and the ability to be business facing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate IT operations, including the support and maintenance of the IT estate
- Working to provide support and technical guidance on IT strategy
- Monitoring of business systems
- Application support
- Build long term relationships with outside outsource teams and suppliers for IT related products and services
- Implement, manage and report on performance against SLAs and operational KPIs
- Evolve the IT operations team, processes, and strategy to continuously improve and meet the needs of the growing business
- Project leadership to improve the tech estate
To be suitable for the role you should have the following experience:
- Proven experience in an IT Management or Business Systems Manager role
- Experience of advising organisations on IT strategy
- Strong stakeholder management experience
