This is an exciting opportunity to join Enfinium as an IT Application Analyst, supporting a predominantly cloud-based application stack and helping build a modern, secure, and scalable IT ecosystem. You will work closely with senior IT colleagues, influence the design of IT systems at the forefront of the organisation, and play a key role in optimising, automating, and enhancing business applications across the company.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document the current application stack, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and enhancement across applications including MS Dynamics 365 and other platforms.
- Partner with business teams to configure applications for maximum value and ensure data interoperability across the ecosystem.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with third-party vendors to implement changes.
- Support the senior IT team in establishing regression testing and release cycles for applications and infrastructure.
- Work with the IT Governance team to develop data and system design principles, supporting the maturity of IT systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an outward-facing application support role.
- Strong proficiency in automating business processes across multiple platforms.
- Experience supporting and embedding ERP solutions, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and experience working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with test frameworks and creating consistent, well-documented testing environments.
