Fruition are currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Lead to join a market-leading organisation operating within the utilities and infrastructure sector. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's digital future, leading transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience and deliver measurable business value.
Reporting to the Head of IT & Digital, you will lead a high-performing Digital Team while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to modernise processes, implementing innovative Microsoft-based solutions and delivering a portfolio of digital transformation projects that support the organisation's ambition of becoming a digitally enabled leader within its sector.
The Role
This is a varied leadership position combining digital strategy, business analysis, solution design and project delivery. You'll work across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement, challenge existing ways of working and deliver innovative technology solutions that create tangible business benefits. You'll be responsible for leading the Digital Team, driving adoption of Microsoft technologies and ensuring digital initiatives align with wider business objectives.

- Develop and deliver the organisation's digital transformation strategy and roadmap.
