We're hiring for a Head of Data Engineering to join a high-growth Insurtech unicorn in London. Backed by top-tier investors and on a mission to transform the insurance space through cutting-edge tech, they're scaling fast and data is at the heart of their product and decision-making.

Stay 50% hands-on , contributing to the codebase, mentoring the team, and influencing architectural decisions

Is a strong senior/principal-level engineer ready to step into broader leadership and remain hands-on
