Job Description
Role: Business Systems Manager
Salary: Up to £65,000 + package
Location: Leeds (Hybrid) – Suitable candidates must live within commuting distance of Leeds
Fruition are working with a fantastic organisation who are a leader in their field. This newly created role will see you leading on the development, integration and optimisation of the organisation's business systems estate. The role will see you working closely with external suppliers to ensure that the technical solutions being delivered meet the organisations needs and are optimised to offer the best possible solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Business Central and Dynamics, overseeing training, adoption, and best-practice usage before and after go-live.
- Manage the post-go-live roadmap, driving enhancements and new developments across Dynamics and Business Central.
- Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for Microsoft platforms, ensuring alignment with company strategy and global needs.
- Shape the product portfolio across CRM, ERP, and collaboration tools to maximise return on investment.
- Prioritise initiatives within the global product portfolio, using data, insights, and business outcomes to guide decisions and deliver measurable improvements.
- Establish governance frameworks, maintaining compliance, platform integrity, and consistent standards while minimising unnecessary customisation.
- Act as senior product lead, uniting stakeholders across regions, promoting best practice, and managing third-party partners to agreed SLAs and budgets.
- Oversee release planning, change management, global rollouts, and enablement activities, ensuring smooth adoption and sustained platform usage.
Required Skill and Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Manager (or equivalent senior role), within a mid-large organisation.
- Strong knowledge of
- Dynamics – CRM process design, forecasting, pipeline, customer service or field service modules.
- Business Central
- SharePoint/Teams – document management, collaboration, and Intranet solutions.
- Track record of delivering business outcomes and measurable ROI through enterprise product management.
- Excellent leadership, influencing, and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Vendor and partner management expertise, including negotiation and budget oversight.
- Experience with data governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
