Rate: Competitive Outside IR35 Day Rate

Contract Length: Initial 6 Months

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced D365 Service Designer to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme within a complex infrastructure and consultancy environment. This role will play a critical part in shaping and stabilising a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation currently undergoing significant programme improvement and delivery refinement. You’ll work closely with senior programme leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams to help define service design, improve operational alignment, and ensure the ERP platform supports long-term business objectives across a multi-year transformation roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and optimisation of D365 ERP services across a large-scale transformation programme
  • Work closely with programme leadership to identify delivery gaps, service issues, and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, programme teams, and third-party suppliers to improve delivery outcomes
  • Contribute to service design frameworks, governance, and operational readiness planning
  • Support end-to-end ERP implementation activity across business and technology workstreams
  • Engage with stakeholders across operational, technical, and leadership teams
  • Help shape scalable support and service models for ongoing ERP delivery and adoption

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Designer within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environments
  • Strong understanding of ERP transformation and enterprise service delivery
  • Experience working within large-scale business transformation programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work across both technical and operational teams
  • Experience identifying programme gaps, service challenges, and process improvements
  • Previous experience working alongside implementation partners and third-party delivery providers
  • Flexible approach to hybrid working with regular travel to Glasgow as required
