A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Environments Manager to join a large-scale technology organisation and take ownership of environment strategy, governance, and optimisation. This is a high-trust, delivery-focused role where you'll have real influence over how complex environments are designed, provisioned, and managed across integrated systems.
As an Environments Manager, you will work closely with platform owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure environments are stable, reliable, and cost-efficient. You'll drive improvements in automation, tooling, and governance, while overseeing provisioning, integrations, and data refreshes across multiple platforms.
In this role, the Environments Manager will also manage a small team of associate environment managers, contribute to strategic and architectural discussions, and ensure that all environments support continuous integration, testing, and delivery at scale.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing complex technology environments in enterprise or large-scale organisations
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery models
- Familiarity with SAP, ERP, or other integrated enterprise systems
- Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on delivery
- Experience in process improvement, environment governance, and automation
