At Fruition Group, we work with some of the most exciting technology and advanced engineering businesses across the UK, Ireland, EU and USA. We are now expanding our contract function into the US market and we are looking for an ambitious, experienced 360 recruitment consultant to lead that charge.
The average deal size across our team is currently £30,000, supported by a commission structure with no thresholds. The earning potential here is genuinely life-changing.
The Opportunity
- Reporting into our Managing Consultant and working alongside some of our biggest billers, you will take full 360 ownership of a contract recruitment desk focused on the US Advanced Engineering, Clean Tech, and Aerospace.
- You are as comfortable winning business as you are delivering.
- Experience recruiting within Advanced Engineering, Clean Tech, Aerospace, Defence, or a related technical sector is highly desirable.
- A genuine hunter mentality; you build relationships, spot opportunities, and back yourself.
- Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and hungry to build something.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders on both sides of the Atlantic.
