A fast-growing technology consultancy is building a new AI-native London team and is looking for a Delivery Lead to join as one of its early hires. This isn’t a traditional delivery role. You’ll work closely with senior AI leadership and have genuine influence over how the team and its client offering develops. You’ll work directly with clients from discovery through to delivery - identifying problems, challenging assumptions, shaping the value case and deciding whether an opportunity should progress. You’ll also stay hands-on with AI, building and confidently demonstrating working prototypes using tools such as Claude, Lovable, Cursor or AI agents. Engagements move quickly, typically taking ideas from discovery → POC → MVP in around six weeks.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a background in consulting, digital transformation, product delivery or a startup environment
- Has personally built or prototyped with AI/GenAI, not just managed AI projects
- Can lead client discovery and identify opportunities rather than simply execute predefined requirements
- Can build and defend a commercial value case with clients or senior stakeholders
- Has experience taking ideas through POC / MVP
- Is comfortable working hands-on in a small team and operating with ambiguity
- Can confidently engage stakeholders from delivery teams through to C-suite
