We are on a mission to build one of the most effective in-house marketing teams in the tech sector and this role is at the heart of it. As Senior Marketing Executive, you will be the engine behind our marketing execution across two growing brands: Fruition Group, a specialist tech recruitment business operating across the UK and US, and Enablis, a tech consultancy working with businesses to accelerate their use of AI and emerging technology.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will own the day-to-day delivery of social media, digital campaigns, website management, CRM, comms, and reporting. You will be closely supported and work in lockstep with the Marketing Director - this is a genuinely collaborative relationship. You will be strategic in your thinking and hands-on in your execution, fast-moving, and central to everything we do.
Crucially, we are looking for someone who is genuinely excited about AI and its role in marketing. You do not need to be an expert, but you should be curious, proactive, and ready to explore how tools like Claude, Descript, Opus Clip, and Looker Studio can make us faster, sharper, and more impactful. You will play a key role in helping us embed AI into our marketing workflows from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Social Media & Content
- Work with the Marketing Director to build the strategy, then own social media execution and scheduling across both brands - primarily LinkedIn, with an eye on YouTube.
- Launch and manage our TikTok account to be a key generator of graduate and trainee applications.
- Repurpose long-form content (videos, whitepapers, insights) into short-form social assets using AI tools.
- Support personal branding initiatives for senior team members and consultants.
- Track and report on social engagement, reach, and performance monthly.
- Website & SEO
- Maintain and update both websites - loading copy, creating pages, building CTAs, and keeping content fresh.
- Project manage website rebuild projects, liaising with external developers.
- Work alongside our SEO partner to implement keyword strategy and publish optimised content.
- Build landing pages for campaigns, events, and lead generation.
- Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute digital campaigns end-to-end - from briefing through to reporting.
- Manage email comms and nurture sequences via our CRM and marketing platforms.
- Build gated content pages to capture MQLs, tracking results against commercial goals.
- Support ABM campaigns, working with sales to target and engage key accounts.
- Reporting & Data
- Maintain dashboards, considering using a new AI tool to pull in data from LinkedIn, GA4, and website.
- Report on campaign performance, social metrics, and lead generation monthly.
- Use data to identify what’s working and flag opportunities to the Marketing Director.
- Collateral & Sales Support
- Create sales and marketing collateral using Canva - proposals, pitch decks, case study one-pagers using templates.
- Maintain a shared content and asset library across both brands.
- Support event planning and promotion; logistics, comms, sign-up management, follow-up.
- AI & Innovation
- Actively research and trial new AI marketing tools, reporting back on what is worth embedding.
- Help build prompt templates and workflows so the team uses AI consistently and effectively.
- Use tools like Claude for copy drafting, Descript for video editing, and Opus Clip for content repurposing.
ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You can think about the bigger picture and then go and execute it yourself. You thrive on ownership and variety, and you want to make a genuine impact across two ambitious brands.
You will need:
- 5+ years of marketing experience within a professional services environment, or ideally tech consultancy would be a huge plus.
- Proven hands-on experience across social media, email marketing, website management, and digital campaigns - not just strategy.
- Equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting stuck into execution.
- A collaborative working style - you will report directly into and work closely with the Marketing Director.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn for business; organic and paid.
- Comfortable in a CMS (WordPress or similar) - updating pages, loading copy, building new content.
- Confident using Canva to produce professional, on-brand assets.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail - able to manage multiple projects and deadlines across two brands.
- A genuine interest in AI tools and how they can improve marketing output.
