The Role
As a WordPress Developer, you’ll be a key part of a collaborative studio environment — working alongside designers, strategists, and marketers to bring creative concepts to life. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites for a variety of clients.
- Build bespoke themes and plugins to support complex design and functionality.

- Optimise sites for performance, accessibility, and SEO.
- Integrate APIs, CRMs, and third-party tools as required.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance site performance.

Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience developing WordPress sites (ideally in an agency environment).
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Proven experience creating custom themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with page builders (Gutenberg, Elementor, etc.) and ACF.
- Experience with WooCommerce, REST APIs, and Git version control.
- Strong attention to detail, with an eye for design and user experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic agency setting.
