Senior Analytics Engineer

I\’m currently supporting a leading global (re)insurer that\’s investing heavily in data and analytics as a key pillar of its digital transformation. They\’ve recently launched a modern data platform and are now looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to play a central role in building out advanced reporting, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights across the business. This is a business-facing role with real impact – you\’ll work closely with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, finance, and operations to shape data products that support decision-making at every level. The opportunity: Work within a well-established data team, alongside Power BI and Tabular model specialists Lead the design and delivery of robust analytics solutions, using Power BI , SSAS Tabular , Python , and predictive modelling techniques Help roll out AI tools to improve forecasting, scenario planning, and operational efficiency Enhance existing reports and develop new solutions aligned with strategic goals
