Working hours/days and pay:• TBA, Monday to Wednesday 25 hours per week, Between 04.30 am and 02.00 pm
• You will not have to ever work on weekends and Bank Holidays
• Competitive rate of pay £13.00 per hour
• Performance related monthly BONUS scheme
Overview of business and role:We are the leading office fruit delivery company in the UK. Established in 2006, we have rapidly built a stable client base of over 2000 office-based companies, from numerous different markets such as Banking, Media, IT, Recruitment, Retail, Legal and many more. The North Hub based in Ashton-Under-Lyne, where this position would be based.We are seeking a well-presented and polite van driver who enjoys working in a stable, customer-facing environment. You will be carrying out deliveries of fruit baskets to specific locations in North of England.We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and great handling of sensitive products.
You will therefore have some experience and knowledge within the following areas:
- Be punctual and of smart appearance
- Early starter as this will require a 4.30 am start
- Experience of driving a Transit van
- Good customer service skills as you will meet clients
- Good geographical and road knowledge of Manchester, and North of England preferable
- Diving licence (no more than 3 points)
- No driving disqualifications within the last 10 years
- Positive "can do" attitude is essential
