As a Digital Agronomist at FruitCast, you’ll be the key link between our growers and our platform. You’ll translate on-farm practices and forecasting challenges into clear, actionable insights for our development team, helping customers get the best from our technology. This hands‑on role combines agronomy knowledge, digital problem‑solving, and strong relationship management. With regular farm visits across the UK, you’ll support growers and Farm Champions to enhance their forecasting performance and confidently integrate FruitCast’s tools into their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of FruitCast on farm – visiting customers across the UK (valid UK driving licence required ).
• Work closely with growers and our trained Farm Champions to strengthen forecasting accuracy.
• Review site setups, spot issues in the forecasting pipeline, and identify areas to improve the overall customer experience.
• Support customers both on site and remotely, helping them get the most from our platform.
• Handle all customer information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Requirements

• Soft‑fruit and horticulture experience (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc).
• A strong understanding of on‑farm forecasting, harvest scheduling and picker workflows.
• Confidence working across different farm setups and adapting to varied grower practices.
• Willingness to travel. This is a hybrid, UK‑wide role.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality on all farm visits and data insights.
