We’re looking for a switched-on, all-rounder Marketing Assistant to join the business. If you’re creative, organised, and up for rolling your sleeves up and getting involved in everything from social posts to photoshoots, this might just be your thing.
This isn’t a ‘fetch the coffee’ kind of role. You’ll be right in the mix — supporting campaigns, running socials, planning events, and working with our wider team and customers to create proper content that gets noticed. If you’re handy with a camera, know your way around short-form video, or have a knack for getting killer behind-the-scenes shots, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work closely with the Head of Brand to keep Först marketing running smoothly. That means:
- Keeping our websites fresh and up to date
- Helping plan and deliver marketing campaigns and product launches
- Supporting trade shows, events, and brand activations
- Managing our content creator programme
- Organising photoshoots and video shoots with customers
- Working with photographers, videographers, and creatives to bring it all to life
- Getting out on the road tocreatecontent — filming machines in action, capturing photo and video with customers, and pulling together the kind of material that gets people talking
- Filming skills? Even better. We’d love someone who can shoot, storyboard, or even just knows how to frame up a shot and hit record
- Getting stuck into anything else the team needs to make great things happen
What we’re looking for:
- You’re organised, proactive, and know how to get things done
- You’ve got a great eye for what good looks like
- You can write clearly and confidently, and understand how to sound like a brand
- You’ve got experience with social media and content creation
- You’re confident capturing photo and video content — from customer interviews to machines in action
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a big plus (think: InDesign, Photoshop, Premier Pro or similar)
- Filming and editing experience — even at a basic level — would be a massive bonus
- You live within a commutable distance of Andover, Hampshire
- You’ve got your own car and don’t mind getting out on the road when needed
- Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification in marketing, media or design is helpful, but not essential
- You’re curious, switched-on, and up for learning on the job
What you’ll get:
- A creative, no-nonsense team who love what they do
- Loads of variety and real hands-on experience
- The chance to learn and grow with a fast-moving brand
- Company wide bonus scheme
- Competitive salary, 22 days holiday, company events, and some fun along the way
