Location: Hayes / Uxbridge / Southall / Harrow area - Metropolitan & Piccadilly line (office based)

We are seeking a highly skilled PA/EA to support a Global HR Leader to be based out of brand new offices easily commutable from Uxbridge station which is on the Metropolitan & Piccadilly line. This is a fast-paced, pivotal role requiring discretion, exceptional organisational skills and prior experience working with a senior HR executive in a global environment. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple time zones and supporting the HR function's strategic initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional looking to join a world-class organisation and make an immediate impact. This role will not include any international travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Global Head of HR, including complex diary management, travel arrangements and expense processing
  • Coordinate global HR meetings, leadership offsites, and events, managing logistics and preparing materials
  • Act as the first point of contact for the HR leader, handling confidential communications and correspondence
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports and board-level documents to a high standard
  • Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion across the HR leadership team
  • Support global HR projects, working closely with stakeholders across different regions
  • Manage priorities effectively and anticipate the needs of the HR leader in a rapidly changing environment
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism in all matters

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a PA or EA, ideally supporting a Global HR Executive or senior HR leadership team
  • Experience working within a pharmaceutical or life sciences business is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Professional, resilient and adaptable with a proactive 'can-do' attitude
