My client seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Group Financial Controller to join their team. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of financial and accounting policies and procedures across all divisional companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering with project teams and international colleagues and involvement within change management and process improvement.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly close, management information, journals, reconciliations, WIP, VAT returns, forecasts, budgets, audits, and fixed assets.
  • Manage commercial reporting, including project analysis, profitability support, business case assistance, and ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Handle treasury functions, including payroll, taxes, cash forecasting, debtors, purchase orders, foreign currency transactions, divisional cash flow, and parent company reporting.

Competence Requirements:

  • CIMA/ ACCA or ACA Qualified or QBE
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team, demonstrate willingness and flexibility, and work independently.
