Role overview
FRP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the implementation of a new deal management platform across its Corporate Finance division. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the rollout of a new deal management software to approximately 120 users across ten UK offices, working closely with internal stakeholders, vendor implementation teams and technology partners. The role will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring milestones are achieved, risks are managed, and user adoption is successfully embedded across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a strategic technology initiative that will transform how the Corporate Finance business manages deal origination, pipeline tracking, client relationships and reporting. The existing wider firm’s platform will remain FRP's corporate CRM, with a two-way integration forming a critical element of the implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of coordination between all FRP stakeholders, IT teams and third-party implementation partners.
- Manage project plans, workstreams, risks, issues, actions and dependencies throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Hold vendors accountable for delivery against agreed scope, timelines and project milestones.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design workshops, testing activities and user acceptance processes.
- Support data migration, systems integration and deployment activities in collaboration with technical teams.
- Ensure key project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including RAID logs, status reports and implementation plans.
- Support user training, communications and change management activities to drive adoption across the Corporate Finance business.
- Assist with post-go-live support, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering CRM, deal management, sales pipeline or business system implementations.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Knowledge of data migration, systems integration and change management principles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience within professional services, financial services, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity or related sectors would be advantageous.
- Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent) preferred.
