Company Description
About One Advisory Established in 2006, we have grown to become one of the City’s leading advisory firms, providing comprehensive and cost-effective financial reporting and governance services to London-listed public companies. Our services have historically focused on companies with shares traded on the London Stock Exchange, but we also support private investor-backed businesses and other smaller private firms. Our governance professionals support a diverse range of client types, from fast growing startups to long-established retailers, and everything in between. We sit in boardrooms, give advice on a range of topics including good governance practices and compliance matters. We help with corporate transactions, draft Annual Reports, shareholder documents and news announcements, manage shareholder meetings, arrange dividend approvals, and much more.
