Role overview
The Property Asset Manager will be responsible for reviewing and valuing properties including conducting audits. The role involves assessing the risk level of potential lending opportunities on behalf of short-term and bridging lenders. The successful candidate will review Red Book / RICS Accredited valuation reports and evaluate various factors such as property condition, layout, occupancy status, planning enquiries, comparable evidence and market conditions. Strong report writing skills are essential as the role requires preparing detailed reports using Word-based templates provided. This position is predominantly office-based with potential for evolution over time.
