Your Role
As a Trainee Closing Team Administrator, you will support Partners and Directors nationwide in the efficient closure of insolvency cases alongside the Team Manager. This role is in-person, offering valuable exposure to professional services, structured training, and hands-on experience in insolvency administration. Your responsibilities will include:
β Proactive and professional management of a delegated insolvency portfolio, ensuring cases progress in accordance with set timescales
β Drafting reports, correspondence, and insolvency documentation to assist the Closings Team Manager
β Liaising with directors, creditors, and debtors with professionalism and discretion
β Completing statutory tasks and formalities while maintaining strict compliance with deadlines
β Keeping checklists updated weekly to track case progression
β Monitoring fees to ensure they are drawn regularly in line with creditor resolutions
β Upholding strict confidentiality in all client matters
β Providing administrative support to ensure case closures are carried out in an effective manner
β Adapting to changing workload demands, including occasional overtime when required
