Role overview
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in enabling Partners to confidently win new business and retain existing clients. This role involves working across the full business development mix, building strong and influential relationships with senior stakeholders, and contributing to a range of exciting growth initiatives including campaigns, relationship management, intelligent targeting, and innovation in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Pillar leads to develop and deliver strategic Business Development activities that enhance efficiency, skills and confidence across the business.
- Utilise sector and market insights to manage cross-pillar targeting initiatives and develop a targeting best practice playbook.
- Lead sector thought leadership campaigns to create new business opportunities and raise the Firm's profile.
- Support the client programme through account management of key lender and legal relationships.
- Advise partners on pitch strategy and messaging to embed a culture of best practice.
- Build and develop relationships with existing and potential clients to identify collaboration opportunities and uncover client insights.
- Provide guidance to the marketing team on focused ABM initiatives.
- Proactively identify and lead business development projects, developing and delivering strategic plans to drive growth.
