The Property Asset Manager will be responsible for reviewing and valuing properties including conducting audits. The role involves assessing the risk level of potential lending opportunities on behalf of short-term and bridging lenders. The successful candidate will review Red Book / RICS Accredited valuation reports and evaluate various factors such as property condition, layout, occupancy status, planning enquiries, comparable evidence and market conditions.
