Role overview: FRP Advisory is seeking an Administrator to join our Investigations department. The candidate should have an inquisitive nature, with excellent numeric and reporting skills and a keen eye for detail. This role involves developing and executing asset recovery strategies in insolvency cases, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth progression of the team’s caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to team managers and directors across a portfolio of cases under supervision.
  • Work with senior staff in developing and then following case strategy as determined.
  • Take responsibility within case teams for day-to-day administration of the case, preparation of case documents (statutory and non-statutory), and assisting with ad hoc matters/tasks as delegated.
  • Assist senior staff with realisation of assets, investigations, debt recovery and distribution of funds, and overall case progression.
  • Prepare written/email correspondence to key stakeholders and handle telephone enquiries with guidance as necessary.
  • Coordinate, prepare and participate in case meetings.
  • Manage cases, deadlines and progression (via IPS) in compliance with regulatory, legal and company policies.
  • Conduct open-source investigations and develop asset recovery strategies under supervision.
  • Liaise with legal and external advisors to progress potential litigation and other contentious aspects.

Qualifications

  • Graduate suitable in accounting, business, law or finance, or have experience in an insolvency administrator role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
