Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our restructuring team. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of restructuring cases, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of financial challenges for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of restructuring cases, from initial assessment to final resolution. Responsible for own caseload together with overseeing team of case administrators
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry of case-related data into our systems.
- Legal Document Review: Review and interpret legal documents related to restructuring cases.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of restructuring plans. CVL, Administration, MVL, CVA and advisory engagements
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on case progress and outcomes to senior management and clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional certifications such as CII and CPI would be required. JIEB not essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insolvency or restructuring and ideally with case management experience.
- Strong understanding of insolvency laws and procedures.
- Strong inter-personal skills to effectively manage a team and develop junior colleagues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and case management software, IPS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
