Role overview

FRP Advisory is seeking a proactive and friendly Receptionist to join our team in London, working alongside our existing Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation. This role involves greeting visitors, handling mail, supporting administrative tasks, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a well-organised office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable
  • Scan incoming post and handle all outgoing post
  • Ensure timely distribution of mail and packages to the appropriate recipients
  • Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms across 4 floors
  • Greet guests and ensure meeting rooms are set up as required
  • Order catering for meetings and events
  • Maintain kitchen supplies, including filling up fridges with drinks, cereals, and other essentials
  • Ensure stationery stocks are full and cupboards are tidy
  • Book couriers as needed for deliveries and collections
  • Handle building passes, liaise with ground floor reception, and manage office equipment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a corporate reception role is desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Extremely well-organised and efficient, with the ability to pre-empt needs
  • Confident supporting various stakeholders and excellent at building relationships
  • Approachable and positive
