As a Senior Manager within our Restructuring Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex restructuring, turnaround, and insolvency solutions. You will be responsible for managing high-impact engagements, shaping strategic outcomes for distressed businesses, and contributing to the firm’s growth through strong client relationships and market insight. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of restructuring and insolvency assignments across a range of sectors.
- Play a key role in the delivery of strategic advice and practical solutions to distressed businesses.
- Oversee a portfolio of insolvency cases (administrations, CVLs, WUCs, CVAs).
- Supervise case progression and ensure compliance with insolvency legislation.
- Draft and review high-quality reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to underpin advice on financial restructuring, distressed M&A, and potential formal insolvency options.
- Collaborate with legal, finance and operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, lenders and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and market positioning.
- Manage and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and high performance.
