Role overview

FRP Advisory is seeking a proactive and technically proficient Administrator to join our Court Work Team in the Brentwood office. This role is suited to someone with a foundation in insolvency casework, looking to progress their career further.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a portfolio of insolvency cases including bankruptcies, complex individual voluntary arrangements, compulsory liquidations and creditor voluntary liquidations.
• Draft statutory documents and good quality letters and reports in line with insolvency legislation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Be able to work in a team.
• Liaise with stakeholders including directors, creditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.

What we are looking for:

• Someone who is technical and curious with good attention to detail.
• Someone who wants to expand their knowledge on property work and investigation skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Mathematics ‘B (7) grade or above (or equivalent) preferable.
• Relevant insolvency professional qualifications preferred.
• Relevant case experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insolvency case management systems (e.g. IPS).
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
