We currently have a job vacancy at Frozen in Time Ltd manufacturing where we manufacture freeze driers and cold traps in their entirety from scratch.

The role includes:

  • Mechanical assembly
  • Electrical work wiring the machines and building automated control systems
  • Refrigeration system manufacturing which includes making pipework and brazing
  • Vacuum pumps and systems
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Carrying out site visits for service/repair or installation

Some practical and hands-on experience with at least basic mechanical and electrical understanding in any industry is essential, but a good work ethic, positive attitude, and the desire to learn are as important. This role is also ideal for a mechanic or technician wanting to leave the motor trade.

Must have the ability to use all the basic related tools for this job including basic hand tools, multi-meter, drills, threading/taps cutting tools, etc. There will occasionally be travelling involved with overnight stays depending on location.

Once you can work productively/unassisted, there is free range for overtime if there is work available. Overtime rate is 1.5 times that of the agreed normal rate. A full UK driving license is essential. At least one reference will be required.
