We are looking for a candidate who is not only brilliant with people but great at building on client relationships. Responsibilities
- Achieving agreed sales targets for used fleet vehicles.
- Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintain and accurately record all customer contact details.
- Handling all customer queries ensuring they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.
- Responding to queries from new and existing customers relating to vehicle sales.
- Developing and maintaining a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining admin process relating to Vehicle Stock & Sales; attention to detail is extremely important.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive (car sales or van sales) within the motor industry.
- Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
- Experience of using trade websites advertising vehicles and responding to expressions of interest.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and organisational skills.
- Excellent selling, negotiating skills and experience in assisting customers who require finance options.
- Ability to manage own workload and being proactive.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
