We are looking for a candidate who is not only brilliant with people but great at building on client relationships. Responsibilities

  • Achieving agreed sales targets for used fleet vehicles.
  • Building trust, communicating effectively and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain and accurately record all customer contact details.
  • Handling all customer queries ensuring they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements.
  • Responding to queries from new and existing customers relating to vehicle sales.
  • Developing and maintaining a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining admin process relating to Vehicle Stock & Sales; attention to detail is extremely important.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive (car sales or van sales) within the motor industry.
  • Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
  • Experience of using trade websites advertising vehicles and responding to expressions of interest.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent selling, negotiating skills and experience in assisting customers who require finance options.
  • Ability to manage own workload and being proactive.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
