We’re looking to expand our team with a Bodyshop Painter to join our Body Repair Centre in Shoreham-by-Sea. We’re looking for someone with experience in the automotive body shop environment, either with a franchise or independent. As a Body Shop Painter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicles are completed to the highest possible standard for our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Complete paint work to an extremely high standard;
- Complete work in an efficient time without affecting quality;
- Clean and prepare vehicle body surfaces;
- Ensure all equipment and tools are used in accordance with safety requirements;
- Ensure all equipment and tools are cleaned and maintained;
- Ensure PPE is cleaned and maintained;
- Liaise with our Body Repair team to ensure an efficient workflow;
Key skills and attributes:
- Pride in tasks undertaken and completed;
- Excellent timekeeper and punctual.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am – 1:00pm (on rota).
Driving licence: A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
About Frosts Cars: Established in 1952, we’re a Sussex based independent family run business. With sites in Chichester and Shoreham-by-Sea, we have hundreds of used vehicles in stock as well as two Service Centres and our Body Repair Centre.
