The Customer Engagement (Sales) team at Frost & Sullivan plays a vital role in driving our global growth and deepening client relationships. Our sales professionals are more than revenue drivers; they are trusted advisors who help clients navigate disruption, seize emerging opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth. Working closely with business leaders, Cāsuite executives, and internal stakeholders, they play a key role in delivering value that lasts. With a global footprint, the Sales team collaborates closely with our Advisory, Growth Opportunity Analytics, Consulting, and Customer Experience teams to deliver seamless solutions aligned with Frost & Sullivan's missionāhelping clients build a smarter, more sustainable world.
About The Role
In this role, you will engage potential clients, identify their unique business needs, and introduce them to Frost & Sullivan's solutions. You'll drive revenue growth by developing new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and executing a consultative sales approach that creates longāterm client value.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with Frost & Sullivan's value proposition.
- Apply strategic, consultative selling techniques and focus on longāterm partnerships.
- Map and plan accounts for deeper client engagement and retention.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Write persuasive proposals and handle objections effectively.
