About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Plasterer & Renderer to join our growing team covering Plymouth and surrounding areas. This role is focused on high-quality work, not rushed jobs. We’re after someone who takes real pride in their finish and understands that reputation is built on detail.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Internal plastering (skimming, boarding, patchwork)
- External rendering (silicone, sand & cement, monocouche)
- Working on domestic and light commercial projects
- Preparing surfaces properly before application
- Delivering a clean, sharp, high-end finish every time
Quality Matters

- Ability to work from drawings/specs
