About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and reliable Gas Engineer to support a growing workload across Plymouth and surrounding areas. This is a subcontract position ideal for a self-employed engineer looking for consistent, well-organised work with a professional and expanding company.
Key Responsibilities- Boiler servicing, repairs & breakdowns
- Boiler installations & system upgrades
- Landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s)
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Radiator installations and heating system works
- Ensuring all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations
- Delivering excellent customer service on every job
- Gas Safe Registered (essential)
- Minimum 3+ years experience in domestic gas work
- Relevant ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1 etc.)
- Own van, tools, and testing equipment
- Public liability insurance
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence
- Ongoing, consistent subcontract work
