This is a full-time, on-site role based in London for a Commercial Real Estate Agent. The responsibilities include:
- Dealing with the office leasing portfolio identifying and securing commercial property opportunities
- Supporting property transactions across leasing and sales
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs
- Conducting market research
- Developing strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors
- Working closely with the team to provide professional advice and broker real estate deals
We are looking for:
- Goal-driven mindset with strategic thinking specifically focussed on creating and closing deals
- Strong communication skills
- Presentation skills, both in person for pitches and new business but also in the preparation of marketing and pitch material
- A desire to generate new business
- An understanding of the importance of data, contacts, analytics and systems for market intelligence and future business and lead generation
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience is the key rather than qualifications
- The role requires experience in agency and negotiation
- A proven record of successful client handling and relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- A good understanding of commercial property leases and the technical aspects of commercial real estate will also be required
- A familiarity with the London markets and geography will be a bonus
