We are working with a forward-thinking local authority seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join its established legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded property lawyer looking to work on varied and meaningful projects within a collaborative public sector environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with strong experience across a broad range of commercial and real estate matters. You will be confident managing a varied caseload independently while also supporting and supervising junior solicitors and legal staff within the team.

The role offers exposure to high-profile regeneration, development, landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals and asset management work, advising internal stakeholders across the council on strategic property matters. Public sector experience is not essential; however, candidates must demonstrate a genuine interest in local government and the wider public sector landscape.
