New opportunity to work for a leading international firm – the Scotland team are recruiting an experienced senior associate | legal director in this field to join its Professional Negligence team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The ideal candidate should have at least 5-10 years\’ PQE + experience in professional negligence. Experience of managing a team is also desirable.
There is a REAL opportunity to progress to partnership for those candidates considering their next step up now or in the next few years.
You will have the opportunity to work on claims for a broad variety of professionals (including solicitors and construction professionals) in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session and will also gain exposure to ADR.
A competitive salary and benefits package are on offer, together with the option for flexible/home working.
