We need a Legal guru to join us, working closely with our Group Legal Counsel to provide legal advice across all commercial, disputes and compliance activities. Your number one responsibility will be to keep us within the law. Advise us in plain English about what we need to do, and when.
Opportunities like this don’t come along often – you will have exposure to a wide range of senior stakeholders and complex projects globally. We are a fast-paced business with priorities shifting all the time. Questions from all parts of the business will be flung your way, from Procurement to Finance right through to Human Resources – you will be exposed to so many people every day. Every day will bring different types of legal issues.
Ideally we are looking for candidates with strong disputes experience. You will be a Qualified Solicitor, preferably in Scots Law but other jurisdictions will be considered. Ideally, you’ll have somewhere between 1 and 5 years PQE or more. You will be a self-starter and will be happy to join a new business from the comfort of your own home. 2 days in the office and the rest is WFH.
