We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our team in Scotland with hybrid or remote options. The role involves handling all employment matters, including contentious and non‑contentious issues, and building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.

- Exposure to employment tribunals and a wide remit of work
- Experience with volume litigation (valuable asset)
- Ability to handle a high volume of matters under tight deadlines
- Technology awareness and effective use of legal tech
