A new opportunity has opened within this Top ranked Corporate team for someone who thrives on intellectually demanding work, enjoys being close to clients, strategy and growth. If you’re motivated by high-value transactions, commercial problem-solving and shaping long-term client relationships, this role offers the platform to do exactly that.
You’ll advise a diverse client base of listed and unlisted companies, private equity funds and management teams, working across matters that are rarely straightforward and always commercially driven. Your experience will be stretched across:
- M&A and Private Equity: Including buyouts, MBOs, MBIs and investments—acting for funds, equity providers, management teams and targets on complex, high-value transactions.
- Strategic Corporate Advisory: From joint ventures and reorganisations to governance, shareholder relations and property-based investment structures.
- Cross-border Transactions: Many of our deals are multi-jurisdictional, requiring strong project management, sound judgment and confident coordination with overseas counsel.
Team Dynamic: You won’t work in isolation. Our Corporate team collaborates closely with tax, IP, real estate, employment, banking and private client specialists, delivering seamless advice to clients operating across the Scottish and wider UK economy. You’ll play a key role in:
- Coordinating internal specialist teams
- Supporting firm-wide transactions
- Contributing to the success of our largest and most complex deals
