PROJECTS LAWYER (4–6 PQE) – LEADING INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM EDINBURGH OR GLASGOW
You’ll work alongside market-leading partners on complex, high-value transactions and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions across the public and private sectors.
Join a top-tier international projects practice at the forefront of major infrastructure and energy developments across the UK, Ireland and beyond.
Our team advises on some of the most significant infrastructure, energy and real estate projects in the market – from student accommodation and district heating schemes to EV charging networks and net zero initiatives. We support clients across the entire project lifecycle – from procurement and bid phases through construction, operation and handback – combining deep sector knowledge with pragmatic, commercially-focused advice.
🟢What You’ll Do
- Advise on major infrastructure and energy projects across the UK and Ireland
- Lead client meetings and calls, providing confident, commercial advice
- Support procurements, concessions and partnership arrangements
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions in an agile, forward-thinking environment
🟢What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years PQE, ideally gained at a large commercial or infrastructure-focused firm
- Experience in projects, PPPs or public procurement
- Excellent communication, drafting and project management skills
- Commercially astute, adaptable and confident working on complex transactions
- A proactive team player with strong client focus and attention to detail
