LEGAL - ASSOCIATE LEVEL MIN 3 YRS PQE
We’re looking for an experienced legal professional to lead on a broad range of intellectual property and commercial matters, playing a key role in supporting innovation, growth and strategic business objectives.
• Leading on intellectual property matters, including the management of a substantial trade mark portfolio, brand protection and licensing strategy
• Advising on commercial contracts across multiple business areas, including technology agreements, content exploitation, partnerships and strategic licensing deals
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of IP, commercial law and business strategy, and who wants to make a tangible impact through pragmatic, solutions-focused legal advice.
