Backed by one of the world’s leading private investment houses, the company is undergoing significant expansion, transformation and strategic investment activity.
This role will suit a commercial / corporate lawyer seeking broad, high-quality in-house exposure within a fast-paced and ambitious environment, with a particular emphasis on corporate transactions, strategic projects and M&A-related activity.
Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business, responsibilities will include:
- Supporting corporate transactions, acquisitions and strategic investment activity
- Advising on a broad range of commercial contracts and business-critical agreements
- Providing corporate governance and company secretarial support
- Advising on regulatory, compliance and risk matters
