EMPLOYMENT LAWYER [IN HOUSE LEGAL COUNSEL] ā SCOTLAND OR REMOTE (2ā5 yrs PQE, Flexible Working Hours)
We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our team in Scotland with hybrid or remote options. The role involves handling all employment matters, including contentious and nonācontentious issues, and building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Required experience and skills:
Qualified solicitor with 2ā5 yrs postāqualification experience (PQE)
Good academic record, including a degree or equivalent
Experience on general employment matters with strong grounding in collective and individual redundancy processes, unfair dismissal, and all aspects of discrimination
Exposure to employment tribunals and a wide remit of work
Experience with volume litigation (valuable asset)
Ability to handle a high volume of matters under tight deadlines
Technology awareness and effective use of legal tech
