The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
This is a senior role reporting to the Managing Partner responsible for leading and delivering the knowledge management and learning & development strategy. Although you will not have direct reports, you will have oversight of the team of knowledge & development lawyers (KDLs) across all main legal disciplines.
We are looking for a senior qualified lawyer, with experience in knowledge management. You will have a passion for knowledge and learning, with a focus on excellence, engagement, creativity and forward thinking. A demonstrable understanding of the learning and development needs of employees and the changing skills and knowledge required to drive success in a large commercial law firm is required.
