Exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join the business as they continue to scale. This role will have responsibility for all corporate, commercial and investment legal documentation. Reporting to the General Counsel, UK & Europe, the role will also advise internally on legal matters, conduct relevant legal research, and make appropriate company house filings.
Due to the company’s ambitious growth plans, this role will continue to evolve and develop, providing an excellent opportunity to gain broad in‑house experience. The organisation is dynamic and offers high‑quality legal work along with genuine opportunities for career progression.
International experience or experience within the energy sector would be advantageous, although it is not essential. You will have strong corporate and commercial experience, be confident in your abilities and capable of working independently and under pressure. A practical, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to think creatively when solving problems are also important.
