EMPLOYMENT LAWYER [2–5 years’ PQE] – ABERDEEEN

This role offers career progression within a growing and dynamic team.

New opportunity – Employment Associate (2–5 years PQE) to join this well-regarded employment team providing national and international legal services.

· Advising FTSE blue-chip companies and multinational clients on complex employment law matters.

· Handling strategic employment law issues, including tribunal claims, senior executive matters, restructuring, redundancy, discrimination, whistleblowing, and restrictive covenants.

· Assisting with M&A, outsourcing, and high-value litigation, including potential High Court cases.

· Working closely with the new Aberdeen Partner (starting May 2025) and colleagues across the UK, particularly in Edinburgh and Glasgow.

· Supporting strategic projects such as global change management, reward philosophy, and gender pay audits.
